You must be wondering why am I calling my consolidation of the findings, “The Elements”? Well, let me give you a brief introduction to “The Elements”.
Lot of people have different views on “The Number of Basic Elements”, I am not going into that debate here. For our Balance Life, we target Six Key Areas and each of these Key Area represent One Element. I presumed following Six Elements, Substance (Akasha/K?), Air (Vayu/F?), Fire (Agni/ka/hu?), Water (Jala/sui/sh?i), Earth (Prithvi/chi/t?) and Consciousness(shiki).
And here is how I linked these “Element” to what is called as “Creating the Balance”by most of the Successful People.
Substance = Spiritual. Areas where we talk about Our Values & Commitments. Deciding what we Study & also understanding the Power of Meditation.
Air = Attitude and Emotions. Area of dwelling into our Mental Status. Deciding what we Read, Visualize, Plan, Write, gaining control on our emotions and understanding the value of Synergy.
Fire = Family. This is one of the most important area to address, “Our Relationships”. Providing the Service and being Empathetic.
Water = Wealth. Focusing on your Wealth and Financial Freedom.
Earth = Energy. We sure need Physical Energy and Fitness to enjoy everything in our life. Focus on Exercise, what we eat, The Food and the Nutritions, as well as the Stress Management.
Consciousness = Career. Understanding your True Gift. Doing what we LOVE and Not what we HAVE TO.
I will share more about each in the subsequent Posts. Keep reading.
It’s been long since I had my last Post.
Well I was kind of in the process of studying the success stories. I was reading a lot, listening a lot and researching a lot on several aspects. And in this process I came across with some interesting findings and some wonderful resources. I am consolidating what I could gather together, and I am going to share it all with you.
You know the best part of it, “It is really coming from all those best of the successful people around the world” and here is a good news “You don’t have to reinvent the wheel”.
I will be posting these findings under category, “The Elements” on my website. I am sure you will like it and find it very useful.
To start with, I highly recommend you to view this 22 minutes video by Anthony Robbins at least 4-5 times, I really mean 4-5 times. Every time you view this, it will help you reveal more and more. Tony is awesome, and listen to his message about being “Resources-full” rather than limiting yourself for not having the resources at the same time understand how the different “Needs” drives us.
Pain is a great motivator for change. If we are unable to produce an income, we go into debt just trying to survive. If we get failing grades, we know we need to study. When we suffer embarrassments or humiliation, we need to learn to stand up for ourselves and speak out. To improve ourselves, we need to be highly motivated. This can come in the form of a friend’s rags to riches story, an inspirational movie or self-help books, perhaps on the Law of Attraction or the Science of Getting Rich.
Keeping motivated and positive is crucial. The A to Z tips below will help in actualizing the Law of Attraction.
A - Accomplish what you set out to do. Surround yourself with positive people, places and things. As Robert Kennedy once said, “Some see things as they are and ask why. I dream things that never were and say why not!”
B - Believe you can succeed. Believe this not just in your head but with your whole being.
C - Consider all things from all sides. Motivation doesn’t just happen, we make it happen through determination. Life is better understood when we take even the smallest things into account.
D - Don’t stop trying. Only then do you fail. Thomas Edison said, “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”
E - Enjoy what you do. That makes motivation so much easier. Thomas Edison was a very motivated person who said, “I’ve never did a day’s work in my life. It was all fun.”
F - Friends and Family are the foundation of your support. Always remember this.
G - Give all you’ve got and more. Whether it is at home, work or school, when you give more than is asked of you, you feel more motivated to improve yourself.
H - Hope feeds your dreams. Dare to dream and dream of hope. This will be the force that gets you through.
I - Intentionally avoid negative people. There will be people who try to bring you down, even friends. Don’t let them. You may need to sever some ties with some people.
J - Just. Be just yourself and be just to yourself and others. If you try to please everyone else, you end up not pleasing anyone, especially not yourself.
K - Keep putting one foot in front of the other. If you keep trying no matter what, you haven’t failed. A motivated person will keep moving forward no matter what life dishes out. The result is an improved self.
L - Love yourself first. Before you can love others, you must love yourself.
M - Make it happen. Putting your dreams to work is motivation.
N - Never compromise the game. It should always be fair.
O - Open you mind as well as your eyes. Always be open to new ways of seeing things. You never know but that you could find the best way to reach your goals this way.
P - Practice what you preach. If you do what you say and say what you do, you keep motivated and honest. It also makes sure you correct your mistakes rather than ignore them.
Q - Quitters are never really in the game and winners are in all the way. Which are you? Quitter or winner? The choice is yours.
R - Ready, set, go! Get motivated, move forward and don’t stop. Others will be less likely to get in your way when they see your determination.
S - Stop putting things off to the last minute. This results in hurried carelessness. If Noah had waited until the first drop of rain fell to start building the Ark, it would have been a leaky tub.
T - Take responsibility for yourself. Self-improvement comes from self-discipline and self-control. Self-motivation goes hand-in-hand with these.
U - Understand the thoughts and feelings of others. Communication is key to the Science of Getting Rich and communication is more than jus talking. You must listen at least as much as you talk.
V - Visualize your dreams and aspirations. If you can see it, you can achieve it. That will provide motivation to see it through.
W - Want your dreams to be reality. This is the crux of motivation. Believing in your dreams will make you want to improve yourself to make them real.
X - ‘Xtra’ motivation. Motivate yourself to have the extras you need - extra time for yourself, your family and friends, to give and get extra help at work, etc.
Y - You are yourself. You are unique in every way. No one else is like you. That uniqueness gives you value in your life, so make the most of it.
Z - Zap the negatives in your life and zero in on the positives. Dare to dream and go after them.
Do you have a great plan or idea in mind that you would just love to try out? A lot of people have such plans and ideas. What inspirations do you have to turn these plans and ideas into reality? What motivates your creativity? Give this serious thought.
Setting goals helps you to get more done in less time. Even personal goals such as getting all the yard work done before the weekend so you can go camping. Keeping a positive attitude and outlook while doing everything helps to make necessary chores go more smoothly and be more enjoyable. This is a path to true happiness.
To accomplish what you never thought you could takes positive thinking in a big way. This is the kind of thinking that helped get America on the road to the prosperity that, as a whole, we enjoy today. More such thinking will increase that prosperity to greater levels.
Even while relaxing in your comfortable recliner, you can be coming up with creative ideas, including how to best apply the Law of Attraction in your life. Don’t just sit in idle thought, be thinking actively. Below are some tips that could help with applying that plus the Science of Getting Rich.
DAY 1 - Take action with passion. Don’t just talk about it - do it. Those who take action are the ones who accomplish to most. And taking passionate action does even more. This exemplifies how dreams become reality. They begin in your mind and, through action, flow out through your hands. Once you begin to take action, the dream gains strength. DAY 2 - Make a commitment to yourself as well as your loved ones to build the life you have always dreamed of. Commit yourself to taking action from deep within instead of just reacting to events as they happen. A dream is just that - a dream - if it is not followed by action. You will be astounded when it takes shape before your eyes. DAY 3 - Recognize that each moment is precious and embrace it. Its outcome matters less than the fact that it a moment that will pass never to return. If you have an idea that you think might be too far fetched, try it anyway, it just might work. You’d be amazed at how often things we think can’t be done, can be done and more quickly than we thought possible. Even if something doesn’t work, leanr from it and it isn’t a wasted effort. DAY 4 - Be thankful for what you have. Make constructive use of what is at hand. Accept help when needed and be grateful it is there. Poverty exists when gratitude is absent and that draws negative values. Gratitude is a primary virtue. Work to attain it. DAY 5 - Instead of flooding your mind with ‘what if’ and ‘if only’ scenarios, replace it with recognition, re-evaluation and restoration. This shift will result in abundant knowledge instead of increased procrastination and timidity of action. Procrastination kills creative expression. DAY 6 - Laugh at every opportunity. Whether it is at yourself or with others. Humor entertains and lifts the spirit. Even old jokes and riddles will have a good effect. Don’t allow yourself time to wallow in self-pity. Use life giving humor to light your way. Laughter cures more ills than drugs and prevents more disease than any apple. DAY 7 - Believe in yourself and your abilities. Only you can take what is innately yours away from you. Create a life of real abundance for yourself. You can do so much more than you ever thought you could. Think about enjoying your work in a big way. With every action, celebrate the work of your hands and all will be a perfect picture of the Law of Attraction.
Don’t get caught up in meaningless trivia. Don’t think you can’t learn. You learned to use a computer, you can learn so much more. Think positively and your life will be enriched. That is the Science of Getting Rich in a nutshell. Light a candle to shed light in the dark reaches of your mind. Elevate your attitude to a positive level in all things. This will put you where you want and should be.
Attraction Acceleration Report is a special Interview with Bob Proctor on the revolutionary program Science of Getting Rich. Bob Proctor as we all know, is in the Personal development industry since lates 60’s.
The program Science of Getting Rich is designed to have similar impact that these books had on the people. Bob goes ahead and talks about the fundamental of getting rich, “You don’t get rich by doing certain things. You get rich by doing things in a certain way.†and the objective of the program Science of Getting Rich is to figure out how to win doing the things in a certain way and not just doing the thing without producing any result.
The program Science of Getting Rich goes deep into Different Laws and Intellectual Factors. Bob explains in details how Science of Getting Rich helps people underatand the Law of Attraction and makes earning money the simplest thing in the world once you learn how to do it.
Today I will talk about making the maximum out of your vision board and taking it to the next level, making it a really perfect tool for accelerating the Law of Attraction.
I originally started with a Vision Board on a big sheet of paper and using the pictures / cut outs from the magazines. I defined various sections on the board for different areas I wanted to concentrate, Relationship, Health, Wealth, My Assets, Places I want to Go, Spirituality … you got that. I pasted the pictures taken from the magazine in the respective areas on the board. And then I hanged this board in my study room in front of my desk.
Later I made some addition and introduced an A4 size folder file. Well I found that really very handy. I can carry my A4 size file anywhere. I have also reserved different sections in my file that addresses each part of my vision board (or vision file to be more precise). I still use the picture etc from magazine in this Vision Board (file). I use this file more frequently since I carry it in my bag always.
I have also created a video of my vision board (more appropriately a Vision Movie). I used Sony Vegas Movie Studio 4.0 for this. I could add beautiful images and good background music in this video. Viewing this video with some nice inspirational background music really has an added advantage.
Later I also created an audio. Yes, it is an affirmation audio, whereby I have recorded my own voice with all of my affirmations. And then I added Attraction Accelerator stream of music to enhance the effect. Having Attraction Accelerator in the background while I running through my affirmation, which uses the brain wave entertainment technology, really has outstanding effect and this truly enhanced and accelerated reaching my goals and dreams.
Well, here is how I use all of these techniques,
I have vision board in front of my work desk so that I can see it every-time when I am working.
I carry my vision file everywhere I go, specially when I am traveling, a real handy tool.
Every day at least 3 times I visit my vision file, and while going through it I will put on my Affirmation Audio. This combination really works fantastic.
And I will see my Video everyday twice, once when I get up and once before I hit the bed.
Additionally I use the affirmation audio in my car. So whenever I am on the wheel, I continue listening to my affirmation audio.
These are really great tools working wonderfully for me to achieve my goals and dreams.
"Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be; your ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil." -- James Allen
